What the service is
SafetyProgramPro is software that turns your intake answers into a custom written OSHA-aligned safety program PDF for your construction company. The document is generated by AI based on the information you provide, including your company name, trade, work environments, crew activities, and selected policies.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing the generated document, adapting it to your specific operations, and implementing it in your company. Your designated safety person, owner, or supervisor is responsible for training employees, enforcing the program, and keeping it current with changes in your work, crew, or regulations.
No compliance guarantee
The document is aligned with OSHA construction standards as described on our site, but SafetyProgramPro does not guarantee regulatory compliance, inspection outcomes, general contractor approval, or fitness for any particular jurisdiction or project. The program is not legal advice and is not a substitute for a qualified safety professional where one is required by law or by your customer.
Accuracy of inputs
The quality and applicability of your program depend on the accuracy and completeness of the answers you provide. Please answer each question honestly and select all activities, environments, and policies that apply to your crews.
License to the document
When you complete payment, you receive a perpetual license to use and edit the generated document for your own company internal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the document to third parties.
Payment
The price is $299 USD, charged one time per program through Stripe. Prices are listed and charged in US dollars. We do not currently offer subscriptions or recurring billing.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SafetyProgramPro's total liability to you for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the program. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
