What we collect

We collect the information you enter during the intake wizard, including your company name, city, state, trade, crew size, work environments, crew activities, PPE selections, safety meeting practices, drug testing policies, purpose for the program, and your contact name and email address.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number, bank account details, or other payment instrument information.

How we use your information

We use your information to generate your written safety program, deliver it to you on the /success page, provide customer support, and send transactional messages about your order such as payment confirmation or support follow-up.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate SafetyProgramPro, including Stripe for payment processing and our hosting and AI generation providers to produce the document.

Data retention

We keep your intake answers and generated program so you can retrieve your document later. If you would like us to delete your data, email us at support@safetyprogrampro.com and we will remove your information within a reasonable time, except where we are required to retain it by law.

Security

We use industry-standard hosting, encryption in transit, and access controls to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we encourage you to use a strong password and keep your access credentials private.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was most recently revised.
